Paul opened the Great Dunmow office over 10 years ago and has built a good portfolio of repeat business. Having always lived in the area his knowledge of property and the local agency business is vast.Paul has been in agency since the age of 18. He is qualified with the National Federation of Property Professionals.Being the principle partner in Pestell and Company he is responsible for all aspects of the business.

Eben Dunn   -   Negotiator/Lettings advisor

Eben grew up on one of the areas many picturesque villages and has gained a solid knowledge of the local market. He undertakes property viewings and negotiates the agreements , carrying them through to completion.

Ray  bullett   -   negotiator  m.n.a.e.a

Ray again a local member of the team having lived in Stansted and Little Canfield.He is qualified with the National Federation of Property Professionals.Handling most aspects of the business but concentrating on the sales side he has made a great contribution since joining us in 2010.

Lloyd  richards  -   negotiator

With 12 years’ experience in estate agency in both an independent and corporate background and having run his own successful company in the local area Lloyd is the latest addition to the team. He brings a vast knowledge of every part of the business and will be involved in every aspect of any sale.

David Rawsthorne   -   Company Director

David as a local businessman, became a partner in the Bishops Stortford agency early 2009. Having been involved personally in property investments for many years.

Louise Tankard   -   Makes it all tick

Louise joined us last year and handles all aspects of running the office. Put quite simply she organises us and the office so that the rest of the team can offer the level of service that our clients have come to expect.She lives locally and has previous lettings experience.
