We do our level best to offer the best service as is possible and quite often go to levels that our clients would not expect. Whilst there is obviously a client agent relationship that we will always respect,we also know that selling a property requires a great deal of cooperation and communication throughout the process. It is essential that the two parties can trust and rely on each other. Little jobs that we have become accustomed to over the years include.
“I cant believe it I think I've left the hob on(you can replace with hose ,door open ,window open,car unlocked you get the idea) can you please check”
“my flights been delayed can the dog minder drop the dog of at your office for two hours”
“OMG your showing somebody around today and I’ve left the washing out could you get there early and take it down”
“the cats not very well could you check on him in the day please”
“the mother-in-law is coming round to collect the post and I forgot to flush the toilet” MY FAVOURITE
Of course looking back on these they seem quite funny and again to be honest they are often amusing to us. But we have the attitude that it is nice to be nice and if we can help you in any way whilst you are selling your house we will. It can be a stressful time and people lead busy lives so if we can take away those pressure points we will.
