Meet the Team

Having worked at Pestell & Co for over 20 years and lived in the town for a number of years, Mark has a wealth of experience in the local housing market and great relationships with local businesses and developers. Mark's role is the running of the business and the growth. He is also responsible for property appraisals and is available throughout the sales process for advice, support and assistance.

Paul opened the Great Dunmow office over almost 20 years ago and has built a great portfolio of repeat business. Having always lived in the area his knowledge of property and the local agency business is vast. Paul is qualified with the National Federation of Property Professionals. Being the principle partner in Pestell & Co he is responsible for all aspects of the business however specialises in Prestigious, Equestrian and Land transactions.

Ray again a local member of the team having lived in Stansted Mountfitchet, Felsted and now Priors Green, Little Canfield. He is qualified with the National Federation of Property Professionals. Handling most aspects of the business but concentrating on residential sales and with it the property valuations and sales progression. Favourite markets of interest for Ray would be New Homes and Prestigious Architectural Properties. Since joining us in 2010 he has helped develop the company and progressed to Partner in 2017.

With a long and illustrious career in estate agency beginning in 2001 as Manager of Haarts most profitable office, Lloyd brings a wealth of experience and knowledge of the local and wider area. From his days as a business owner with his own agency in Old Harlow to most recently looking after the country homes department for Mulluck Wells Dunmow office. Lloyd is one of the most competent sales negotiators in the area and is also responsible for the full range of property appraisals. He is available throughout the entire sales process for advice, support and assistance.

Catherine joined our Letting’s team in April 2023 having previously owned her own Inventory company for 7 years. Catherine is now studying her Level 3 Award in “Residential Letting and Property Management” to even further her knowledge for our growing landlord portfolio. She lives with her family in Saffron Walden where she has lived for 21 years. Her interests are firmly rooted within the theatre having travelled all over Europe with various theatre companies.
